Aria — Our AI Property Consultant
Aria is powered by AI technology and operates 24/7 to answer your property questions. When you chat with Aria:
- Your messages are processed to generate responses — this processing occurs via our secure workflow systems
- Your name (if shared) and session ID are stored in your browser's local storage to personalise return visits. This data remains on your device and is cleared automatically after 4 hours of inactivity
- Lead details (name, contact, property interest) are logged securely when you consent to be contacted by an advisor
Aria answers only from verified Aurum knowledge. She will never fabricate pricing, availability, or investment returns.
Data Storage and Security
Your enquiry data is stored in a secure, encrypted database hosted in the European Union. We apply industry-standard access controls and do not store data longer than necessary for the purposes described above.
Session data stored in your browser (local storage) is held only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you actively engage with Aria.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to update inaccurate information
- Deletion — request erasure of your personal data
- Withdrawal — withdraw consent to be contacted at any time
